WHAT IS PSYCHOMETRIC PROFILING?

PSYCHOMETRICS IS A TOOL FOR ANALYSING BEHAVIOUR - NOT ANALYSING AN INDIVIDUAL’S WHOLE PERSONALITY.

Psychometric profiling identifies a person’s main behavioural style. As a tool, it helps us understand how people communicate, how our communication style is perceived by others and why we perceive their communication style in the manner in which we do.

Used in combination with Growth Coaching and our Learn Grow Framework® it provides objective feedback that promotes conversation around what our natural behavioural preference is and how we adjust our behaviour to suit our working environment.

When we come to understand that we are all different and a whole new understanding and tolerance is achieved. The profiles can be administered in workshops for groups or with work-pairs (2 people who work closely together) or debrief sessions that are one-on-one with the consultant / facilitator.
